Aanandita Bhatnagar

As the leader of communications for NetApp in India Aanandita is responsible for public relations, internal and social communications in India. As part of her role, she leads communication for the NetApp Startup accelerator program, the NetApp Excellerator. She also holds a global role with communications for the Data Fabric and Manageability Group in NetApp. She has spent 16 years in the industry creating compelling communications programs for large teams, predominantly at development centers of multinational organizations. Change communications and social media are her forte but her passion lies in building employee advocacy. Under her communications leadership, NetApp has moved to #7 at the Great Places to Work index in India.

Before joining NetApp, Aanandita was Director Corporate Communications at Texas Instruments India in a similar role. She was leading R&D communications for Cisco in India for nearly 6 years before joining Texas Instruments. She has held communications roles in companies like ANZ Banking and IT, Bharti Airtel, AXA Insurance globally and others. Aanandita is also an entrepreneur and co-founded a rural BPO, DigiPact that hires women in rural areas, and she continues to play the role of a mentor with it. Aanandita has been actively involved with diversity, social responsibility and startup communications at the organizations that she has worked for. She also an avid runner and participates in full marathons with her running group, Runners’ High.

Ajay has over 18 years work experience in Reputation management, strategizing, developing and implementing communication solutions, change management, issues & crisis Management. Experience in managing multiple stakeholders in a matrix organizations; working with regional and global executives across geographies and a multicultural global team has provided a global perspective. From being a business journalist at the Indian Express Group in his formative years in Mumbai, Ajay has successfully transitioned to be a communications professional. Managing internal, executive and Corporate PR at Dell India at a time when Dell has undergone several transformative milestones such as going private, mergers and acquisitions and the biggest of all, Dell-EMC merger and integration exercise has added a variety of experience from a communications perspective.

Amith ran Zero Hour Strategies - India's only communications firm exclusively for Members of Parliament and Chief Ministers for a year before setting up the School of Communications & Reputation (SCoRe). At SCoRe he was appointed its first Dean by the investors. He is a graduate in Academic Law and a post-graduate in Communication Management. His association with Tata began in 2005, in various roles as Head – Corporate Communications, Tata Motors, and Chief - Group Corporate Communications, Tata Sons. Prior to that, he was Corporate Communications Manager of Hindustan Unilever Limited since 1991. He began as a journalist with 'The Telegraph', Kolkata, in 1985.

The company was founded in Oslo, Norway, by Jørn Lyseggen, in 2001 and is currently headquartered in San Francisco.

Armed with her Journalism background and experience in advertising, media relations and reporting, she joined Meltwater in 2011 as a Sales Consultant to help grow market share within the subcontinent. She spearheaded partnerships and methodologies in the Acquisition department before moving over to the Client Success team to consult, maintain and grow existing client relationships.

Prior to Meltwater, Jaagriti worked with Google India as an Optimization Specialist where she created online advertising campaigns for clients. She is AdWords and AdSense certified.

She brings with a her a wealth of experience in online marketing, PR analytics and media intelligence.

Shobha Vasudevan, a 19 year veteran in communications and PR, joined EMC (now part of Dell) in 2014 as Head- Corporate Communications and PR for India. Swati Bhattacharya

Swati Bhattacharya is a story teller. She is also a Marketing Communications strategy professional, with over 20 years of experience in Corporate Relations, branding, internal & external communications and market creation expertise in diverse fields such as Engineering, Technology, Retail and Auto sectors. She is currently Group Brand and Communications Head at CK Birla.

Prior to joining CK Birla, Swati was Vice President Corporate Communications at General Motors India and before that she served as Vice President of Corporate Relations, Public Affairs and Branding at Ingersoll Rand India. Earlier in her career, she has held senior leadership roles in companies across several industries.

Swati is the Honorary Regional Director at CASI (CSR & Sustainability Institute), a global certification body for CSR and sustainability.

Swetank Jain

Swetank has a rich experience of working across diverse functions such as journalism, Strategic Communications, Customer Experience and Human Resources. He has been with Future Group for around 8 years and has played a key role in consolidating external, internal and digital communications for all the companies of the group. He has also created a mechanism and manages the Online Reputation for the Group.

As an additional responsibility Swetank spearheads the People Office for the Future Group as well. He has been working on creating new-age People Policies and building an organisation design that is aligned to the ambitious growth plans of the Group.

Swetank is also part of the core strategy team of Future Group and works with the Customer Experience team as Chief Customer Officer. In this role, he has been designing a unique way of customer experience based on Group’s Core Values.

In his previous stints he has worked with CNBC and ICICI Bank.

Apart from being an avid reader and movie buff, Swetank is also a licensed pilot and loves flying. He also has a keen interest in photography.

Seema Siddiqui

Seema is a Public Relations professional who is currently Head of Corporate Communication and Public Relations, for Schneider Electric in India. In her previous roles, she has lead the PR and Corporate Communication function at Dassault Systemes India prior to which she was part of Brand and Communications team at PwC India. She is also a visiting faculty at the Mass Communication Research Center (MCRC) at Jamia Millia Islamia University, Delhi.

Seema has a Master’s degree in Applied Communication from Coventry University UK. Following the degree she worked in the London, in Social Care, for about 2 years before moving back to India. Seema has previously also taught in the Aligarh Muslim University in the Department of English, at the beginning of her professional career.

Seema comes from the city of Lucknow and lives and works in Delhi.
