Aanandita Bhatnagar

As the leader of communications for NetApp in India Aanandita is responsible for public relations, internal and social communications in India. As part of her role, she leads communication for the NetApp Start-up accelerator program, the NetApp Excellerator. She also holds a global role with communications for the Data Fabric and Manageability Group in NetApp. She has spent 16 years in the industry creating compelling communications programs for large teams, predominantly at development centers of multinational organizations. Change communications and social media are her forte but her passion lies in building employee advocacy. Under her communications leadership, NetApp has moved to #7 at the Great Places to Work index in India. Before joining NetApp, Aanandita was Director Corporate Communications at Texas Instruments India in a similar role. She was leading R&D communications for Cisco in India for nearly 6 years before joining Texas Instruments. She has held communications roles in companies like ANZ Banking and IT, Bharti Airtel, AXA Insurance globally and others.

Aanandita is also an entrepreneur and co-founded a rural BPO, DigiPact that hires women in rural areas, and she continues to play the role of a mentor with it. Aanandita has been actively involved with diversity, social responsibility and start-up communications at the organizations that she has worked for. She also an avid runner and participates in full marathons with her running group, Runners’ High.

Ayoshmita Biswas is the VP & Head for Marketing, Corporate Communicationsand CSR at Fullerton India Credit Company Limited. In her current role, Ayoshmita has worked closely in implementing a robust Marketing strategy to build brand presence and recall for the company. She has also planned and implemented various digital initiatives and on ground activations to increase lead generation efficacy, thereby reducing dependency on channels.

Prior to joining Fullerton India, Ayoshmita held a number of senior positions; the most recent being Head of Brand and Product Communications at DHFL, India's third Largest Home Loan & Housing Finance Company in India.

Ayoshmita comes with a rich experience of over a decade and a half, with an exposure to a range of business specialties including strategic planning, marketing communications, brand management, media planning and public relations amongst a gamut of other responsibilities. Her cross-functional experience in handling and implementing marketing strategies for brand promotions, while being able to evaluate market gaps and opportunities is what sets her apart from other marketing professionals. She is extremely talented and has been endowed with multiple accolades to her credit; the most recent being the 'Young Achiever of the Year' by CMO Asia in 2016. She has also been listed in the Most Influential Marketers' list by CMO Asia in 2016.

Ayoshmita holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing from Chartered Institute of Marketing, UK as well as a BA (Hons) in Business Management and Marketing from University of Derby, Derby, UK.

Brinda Chugani

Brinda Chugani is anchor of the communications and reputation-building process for Mumbai-based Mahindra & Mahindra’s US businesses. She is responsible for harnessing and managing Mahindra’s corporate identity in the US with an emphasis on building an emerging markets brand abroad on a shoestring budget.

As she navigates the impact of each Mahindra business in the US, Brinda’s responsibility is to join the dots between the businesses and a parent that brings with it a 70-year legacy and a strong business philosophy.

Prior to joining Mahindra in 2014, Brinda has had two decades of experience traversing the global marketing arena across US, Europe and India. A veteran of high-stakes communications campaigns, Brinda has overseen strategic communications, media relations, executive communications, and positioning/brand in diverse positions. She brings a wide range of unique insights thanks to diverse career experiences.

Prior to moving to India a few years ago, Brinda worked for fifteen years in the US, in public and private institutions, with diverse experience on buy and sell sides of business. During her decade-long stint at Deloitte & Touche Consulting Group in New York, Brinda led a program on Globalization at the World Economic Forum’s annual conference at Davos. Here, Brinda launched a series of reports on corporate globalization strategies that underscored the challenges of conducting business in the global economy.

Brinda worked for the NYC Economic Development Corporation as key contributor to both Dinkins and Giuliani administrations’ marketing efforts to attract / retain companies

Brinda received a Master’s degree from New York University.

Deepa started her career as a journalist for a reputed Business Paper in India and then moved to communications 24 years ago. During her career she has worked in leadership positions, both in-house and with a consultancy, supporting communication outreach for a range of industries including Hospitality, Infrastructure, Media, Consumer Electronics, Aviation, Telecom and Healthcare. She has worked to support Philips India Limited, launch of CNBC in India and has been in Indian Telecom space leading the Communication function at Airtel. Currently she is the Head of communications and CSR for GSK Consumer Healthcare India Sub Continent. Her areas of expertise include Consumer Communications, Industry Orchestration, Corporate Reputation & Employer branding, Online Reputation Management, Crisis/Issue Management and Executive branding.

Deepa joined GSK Consumer Healthcare in 2013 as Head Communications for India Sub Continent and is a part of the India Management team, and APAC Communication Leadership Team

He has been with Future Group for around 8 years and has played a key role in consolidating external, internal and digital communications for all the companies of the group. As an additional responsibility Swetank spearheads the People Office for the Future Group as well.
